TelecomPioneers
Volunteer
Since the organization's founding in 1911, Pioneers has grown to over 500,000 members-making it the world's largest industry volunteer organization. Dedicated Pioneers answer the call of those in need in every way imaginable throughout the United States and Canada.
The return on TelecomPioneers strategic partners can be evidenced by the leadership and administrative skills employees develop through volunteering and ultimately apply in the work place. As members of a team, TelecomPioneers learn the value of working together to confront problems and devise solutions; they learn that working as one, they can accomplish the goals of many.
When TelecomPioneers work on a community service project, they do so as equals, unhampered by management levels and union affiliation, for the good of the common goal. It's an opportunity to learn more about one another, to build friendships they might not have developed in the work place. The resulting camaraderie only serves to solidify their working relationships and strengthen communication on the job.
